MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Minneapolis City SC will hold an open tryout on March 2, 2017 ahead of its inaugural National Premier Soccer League season in 2017. Players will have a chance to compete for a spot in the team.

"We have a fantastic foundation of players, but there are the final pieces of the puzzle we are still looking for" said Sporting Director Jon Bisswurm. "We are committed to putting together a side of Minnesota-based players that will challenge for the conference title."

Tryouts are open to players 16 years of age and older. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the event. The tryout will be March 2 at the West St Paul Sports Center from 9:30 - 11:30pm.

The March tryout is open to all interested players. Players with previous collegiate and professional experience are invited to email the club in advance of the tryout.
