College: Gustavus Adolphus
Charlie Adams made his debut for Minneapolis City in the U.S. Open Cup qualifying win against Oakland County FC, which made City the first amateur club in Minnesota to qualify for the cup. Since then, he’s been an ever present for the Crows. Originally a central midfielder, and occasionally making an appearance in the middle of the park, Adams is primarily used as a fullback where his touch, vision, and passing range give another dimension to the City attack.
Adams joined City from Minnesota United Reserves. Prior to that, he was an All-MIAC central midfielder at Gustavus Adolphus.
